This is unofficial. It is not a title search, a survey, or real-estate advice. Each street is matched to an estate using published place-name histories, filed plats, village surveys, and newspaper accounts from the time: Lederer for Scarsdale, the Larchmont historic resource survey, village historical societies, the 1910–1914 Bromley atlas sheets, and the papers cited on each holding. The colored areas are outlines reconstructed from those sources. A lot on a later street still gets a result, because it was cut from leftover land after the named plats. Confirm a boundary on a county atlas, a filed plat, or a deed. Built October 27, 2026. How streets are matched to estates. Terms.

Lots on a named holding

Counts are residential parcels on the 2026 roll whose street is on a researched estate, farm, orchard, or club. Parcels on later streets are not counted here.

FAQ

How far back does this go?

It covers the country places, farms, orchards, and clubs from roughly 1870 to 1960 that were divided into the streets on today's roll. Older manor grants are not included.

Is this a title search?

No. The search matches a street to a researched plat or holding. The colored areas are outlines we reconstructed from the sources. Confirm a boundary on a county atlas, a filed plat, or a deed.

What if my street is listed as later streets?

It means the sources we used do not put the street on one named Gilded Age holding. It was cut later, from leftover farmland or leftover lots. The map still shows it among the older plats around it.

Can I see the houses on that holding?

Open the town edition from the result. The streets listed on each holding are the same ones the property lookup uses.
