Secor Farms
Vernon Corell laid these streets out in 1926 as Secor Estates, later Secor Garden. Royal H. Fox finished the build in 1936 as Secor Farms. He had already done Reynal Park in White Plains. Magnolia Road is a Corell name from the 1931 map.
Secor Road itself is older. It was White Plains Road until 1922, when the Planning Commission renamed it for Chauncey T. Secor, supervisor from 1882 to 1911. Corell Park at Corell and Sycamore was donated in 1957.
