Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to Dale Ledger (daleledger.com), published by Infarill LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Unofficial public-record almanac

Dale Ledger compiles and presents information derived from publicly available municipal assessment rolls, PROS parcel pages, published mill-rate schedules, FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer joins, NYS DEC spill incident records, and (where available) public agendas and permit indexes. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any municipality, school district, Westchester County, New York State, FEMA, or DEC.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, insurance, financing, engineering, environmental, or real-estate advice. Do not rely on Dale Ledger alone for purchase, sale, grievance, tax payment, enrollment, permitting, flood-insurance, or environmental decisions. Confirm every material figure and record with official sources and qualified professionals.

Flood, spill, and other hazard records

Where shown, flood-zone findings are spatial joins of parcel geometry to FEMA’s published National Flood Hazard Layer. A Special Flood Hazard Area designation is a regulatory map boundary, not a forecast of where water will go; flooding occurs outside mapped zones. Partial overlaps mean the lot boundary crosses a zone — not that the dwelling is known to sit inside it. Spill findings are DEC incident reports matched to an address; a report is not a finding about the building, and a closed case means DEC closed its file. Matching can be wrong or incomplete. Absence of a finding after a source was checked is not a warranty that a property is free of flood exposure, contamination, open permits, or other hazards.

Estimates and errors

Tax figures are estimates from published mill rates applied to roll assessments. Special districts, billing quirks, and STAR/exemption timing can make real bills differ. Data may be incomplete, delayed, mislabeled, or wrong. Roll Highlights and rankings are editorial, not official awards.

Intellectual property

Site design, original guide writing, and compilation structure are owned by Infarill LLC. Underlying assessment figures remain public records of their issuing governments. You may link to our pages; you may not scrape the site in a way that overloads our servers or misrepresents the data as an official government product.
