Overhill Estates

Overhill Estates, controlled by James Cannon, was filed in 1914. Circle Road really does run in a circle. Overhill Road is the same plat.

Cannon was also the man behind the first Heathcote lots. Overhill is the later, tighter plat on the Fox Meadow side of the village, filed while Heathcote's two-to-sixteen-acre lots were still being held against further splits.
