Rocky Dell / Reynal estate
Rocky Dell was Nathaniel C. Reynal's estate. The 1925 company that cut it also worked the White Plains side. Coralyn, Dell, Norma, and Hazelton are family and architect names from that plat. Reynal Crossing still names the old New York, Westchester & Boston grade crossing.
Walter Nelson was the house architect; Hazelton Drive is for his wife. Bradford Road (1926) is Leonard H. Davidow's split of the Bradford Rhodes property. Broadmoor Road was named for the neighboring Broadmoor Country Club.
