Green Farms / Dickel

Green Farms was cut in 1924 from C. W. Dickel's property. Dickel ran a riding academy in the city. Vivian Green put 'green' in the street names — Greendale among them.

Fairview Road was named because there was a fair view from the top in 1924. Elm Road and Oak Way come from Frederick Van Wyck's 1911 split of The Elms, next door.
