Later Scarsdale streets
This street is not on one named Gilded Age holding in the sources used here. It was cut later, mostly after 1920, from leftover farmland and leftover lots once Fox Meadow, Heathcote, Greenacres, and Arthur Manor were already on the map.
Scarsdale's two build waves in the permit archive are the 1920s and the 1950s. After 1960 there was little raw land left, so later streets are small cuts — a house lot split, a private lane, a leftover orchard. The overlay still places the lot among the older plats around it.
