This is unofficial. The aerials come from Westchester County GIS and are shown through the county's published map services. The 1925–26 frames open in the county clerk viewer and are not a stitched mosaic. The colored areas are the same outlines, reconstructed from the sources, as Estate beneath. They are not surveyed deed lines. Check a boundary on a county atlas, a filed plat, or a deed. This is not a title search or real-estate advice. County Historical Aerial Photograph Collection. Terms.

FAQ
How far back do the pictures go?
The county was photographed from the air in 1925 and 1926. Those years are individual photographs in the county clerk viewer. The first countywide mosaic that lines up with the map is 1947. Later mosaics are 1960, 1976, and 1990, then digital aerial images from 2000 through 2025.
Why does 1925–26 look different from later years?
The county published 1925–26 as an index of individual photographs. They are not stitched into a mosaic. Search an address or tap a frame mark to open the nearest photograph in the county clerk viewer. From 1947 on, the map is a single aerial image that lines up with the streets.
Are the colored patches deed lines?
No. They are the same reconstructed estate, farm, orchard, and club outlines as the estate-beneath map. Confirm a boundary on a county atlas, a filed plat, or a deed.
Who published the aerials?
Westchester County GIS. The 1925 flight is Underwood and Underwood; 1926 is Airmap Corp. of America; 1947 is Fairchild. The digital images from 2000 on are county and New York State Geospatial Services products.
