> Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes September 9, 2026 WHEREAS: Chapter 310-88A ofthe Village Code authorizes the Board of Appeals to consider Special Use Permits for the construction of swimming pools; and WHEREAS: The plans show the location of the swimming pool, swimming pool equipment, fencing and landscape screening; and WHEREAS: The location of the swimming pool and swimming pool equipment appear to meet the required setbacks; and WHEREAS: The Board members have visited the site and are familiar with the materials in the application; now therefore be it RESOLVED: That the application of 64 Lincoln Road Realty LLC, Case #28 of 2026, for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 64 Lincoln Road, as shown on Drawing LP-1.0, with a last revised date of 8.25.26 by Robert Sherwood, RLA, and all related submission materials be approved based on the following findings and conditions:
