> Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes March 11, 2026 therefore be it RESOLVED: That after careful examination of the site and evaluation of the information submitted with the application, the Board determined that such application, the construction of minor accessory structures (such as driveways, fences or pools) is a Type II action pursuant to 6 NYCRR 617.5(c) (12); and no further environmental review is required pursuant to said regulations; and WHEREAS: The property, located in the A-3 (10,000 sq. ft.) zoning district, is shown in the Assessor’s records as .28 acres on the submitted lot coverage form as 12,228 sq. ft; and WHEREAS: The property is improved with a home built in 1934; and WHEREAS: Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code authorizes the Board of Appeals to consider Special Use Permits for the construction of swimming pools; and WHEREAS: The plans show the location of the swimming pool, swimming pool equipment, fencing and landscape screening; and WHEREAS: The project appears to meet the lot coverage requirements; and WHEREAS: The Board members are familiar with the site and the materials in the application; now therefore be it RESOLVED: That the application of Jared DiPalma, Case #1 of 2026, for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code to construct a swimming pool at 10 South Woods Lane, as shown on Drawing SW-1 titled “Erosion Control Plan for Proposed Pool” by Eliot Senor, PE dated 2/16/26, Drawing L-1 titled “Pool Site Plan” by Daniel Sherman, RLA dated January 5, 2026, and all related submission materials be approved based on the following findings and conditions:
